The Collection by Salvesen Graham is rapidly growing with multiple fabric & wallpaper offerings as well as furniture & accessories. Represented by three prominent US showrooms- with more to follow, and a strong trade customer base of high-end Interior Designers across the US & Europe.

The position will report to our Founders but will also involve working closely with the Sales Team and Head of Marketing.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Supplier sourcing & relationship management
- Inventory management/PO’s
- Payment terms
- Quality control of stock
- Product development including sampling and design
- Pricing, negotiating costs & managing margins
- Tracking product and industry trends
- Range building, planning and reviews
- Creating and managing product in inventory software
- Producing and managing stock of samples and showroom assets - Critical path management
- Forecasting product sales
- Reporting on product sales, profit and collection performance - Working with Finance on forecast, cash flow and spend
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years minimum within a buying, merchandising, production role, or similar. (This role would suit a Junior Buyer or Merchandiser, or Production Coordinator looking for their next step)
- Previous experience within homewares categories, with a preference for fabric and wallpaper.
- Commercially focused and analytical is essential.
- Excellent excel skills, Microsoft suite proficient.
- Very high attention to detail and organisation.
- Desire to work in the interior design industry within the luxury market. - Flexible and a true teamplayer.
