Delivery Terms & Conditions

UK, US, European and International Customers Delivery Costs

All items purchased from The Collection by Salvesen Graham item prices exclude delivery costs which are calculated at checkout. With the exception of Fabric, Wallpaper and Borders to be delivered to a US address, products do not include duties and customs costs, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

US Duties and Customs

The delivery charge for all Fabric, Wallpaper and Borders purchased from The Collection by Salvesen Graham to be delivered to a US address will be inclusive of shipping, duties and customs costs. All other products will not include duties and customs costs, which will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery Partners 

We have chosen to partner with several different delivery and courier companies to deliver the best service possible. The most appropriate will be used depending on the size, weight and delivery location of your order. Tracking details are available on request by sending an email to shop@salvesengraham.com

Delivery Locations

The ability to deliver product to countries is subject to the country of delivery's customs terms and conditions. Cane Trays and Cane Mirrors are not suitable for delivery to the US due to the US custom regulations. All other delivery countires and products are compliant.

Please notes that whilst we deliver to most postal areas geographical location and carrier availability may restrict our service.

Orders outside the UK may incur additional import duties and custom charges. These are levied at the port of ingress and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Larger orders may also be subject to additional charges.

Returns Terms & Conditions

Unsuitable Returns

If for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied with your products, contact us via email at shop@salvesengraham.com within 21 days of receipt and we will help you in every way possible. All returns must be returned undamaged and unused in re-saleable condition, with all original packaging and labels. You have 21 working days from receipt of your products to return.

For returns please send to us using a tracked service with a courier of your choice and retain proof of postage. Please contact shop@salvesengraham.com to receive the correct return address. Please note that we are not responsible for returns costs, or returned products if lost by a courier.

We strongly recommend that you send your products back to us via a recorded post service and obtain a certificate of posting.  We will not refund you if we do not receive the returned products.  Please also make sure you package the products appropriately to avoid damage.

We will refund any sums paid for the products returned and, if you return the whole - not part - of the order, we will refund the delivery cost you paid up to the price of standard  delivery.

If you do not return all of the products that are unsuitable, or you do not pay the cost of returning the products to us, or the products are damaged during the course of returning the products, we shall be entitled to deduct from the amount to be refunded to you the direct cost of recovering the products or to reflect the loss or damage to your products.

Refunds will be made to your original form of payment.

Please note bespoke products or products made to your measurements or specification cannot be returned or refunded. This includes fabric cut to your specifications.

Unless faulty, once packaging is opened, wallpaper is not returnable as the wallpaper has been cut to your specification. After hanging 2 or 3 lengths, inspect the results to ensure that there is no shading or other fault.  

Faulty Returns

On the rare occasion that there is an issue with a product, please do not hesitate to let us know. Products are classified as faulty in accordance with applicable laws if they are of unsatisfactory quality, not fit for purpose and/or not as described. Please note that products that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty product, please be aware that we only replace like for like, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair a faulty product and we may also offer a refund. Please send photos of the fault via email (shop@salvesengraham.com) stating the issue and your order details.

If you believe your product was damaged on receipt, please let us know as soon as possible and in any event, within 10 days of receipt so that we can discuss the damage with our courier company who impose a limit on our claims of 14 days.
 
Any refund, repair or replacement shall be our sole liability in relation to a faulty product.  Replacement products are covered by our Terms and Conditions. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Exchanges

Please follow the returns process for the return of the product you would like to exchange. You can purchase the new product at your convenience as a separate transaction. Delivery costs for the new product will apply.
