Delivery Terms & Conditions

UK, US, European and International Customers Delivery Costs
All items purchased from The Collection by Salvesen Graham item prices exclude delivery costs which are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Partners 

We have chosen to partner with several different delivery and courier companies to deliver the best service possible. The most appropriate will be used depending on the size, weight and delivery location of your order. Tracking details are available on request by sending an email to shop@salvesengraham.com

Delivery Locations

Please notes that whilst we deliver to most postal areas geographical location and carrier availability may restrict our service.

Orders outside the UK may incur additional import duties and custom charges. These are levied at the port of ingress and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Larger orders may also be subject to additional charges.

Returns Terms & Conditions

Unsuitable Returns

If for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied with your items, contact us via email (shop@salvesengraham.com) within 14 days of receipt and we will help you in every way possible. All returns must be returned undamaged and unused in re-saleable condition, with all original packaging and labels. You have 14 working days from receipt of your items to return.

For returns please send to our studio address using a tracked service with a courier of your choice and retain proof of postage. Please note that Salvesen Graham is not responsible for returns costs, or returned items if lost by a courier. Please note bespoke items cannot be returned or refunded. Refunds must be refunded to the customers original form of payment.

Faulty Returns

On the rare occasion that there is an issue with an item, please do not hesitate to let us know. Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of receipt of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we only replace like for like, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. Please send photos of the fault via email (shop@salvesengraham.com) stating the issue and your order details.

Exchanges

Please follow the returns process for the return of the item you would like to exchange. You can purchase the new item at your convenience as a separate transaction. Please note that Salvesen Graham is not responsible for returns costs, or returned items if lost by a courier. Delivery costs for the new item will apply if applicable. Please note bespoke items cannot be exchanged.

Fabric Returns

Unless classified as faulty, once cut to order fabric is not returnable as this items is not longer re-saleable.

Wallpaper Returns

Unless classified as faulty, once packaging is opened wallpaper is not returnable as this items is not longer re-saleable.
